> Chuck served as the Manager of the Ross Valley Human Services Center, where he led a professional and clerical staff
of 50 people. He served in the Marin County Mental Health Program as Mental Health Educator and Chief of Community Services.
> Chuck served as Director of Organization Development for Broyles Management Company, where he developed and conducted
management development programs, needs assessments, consulting projects and executive search assignments for major corporations.
> Chuck's professional focus is the development of human resources in the areas of:
- Management and leadership development
- Employee productivity
- Sales force effectiveness
> He does extensive individual coaching with executives who wish to improve their personal capabilities to lead people
and organizations.

> Chuck is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley with a B.A. Degree in Letters and Science. He earned
