> Ken has more than twenty-five years of experience as a business executive and advisor to business executives.

> Ken served as President and CEO of US Relocation, a full-service, international corporate relocation service company. He developed and implemented a strategic plan for US Relocation that created a niche organization in a mature industry that competed on service as the differentiating competitive advantage. He built a highly effective senior management team to achieve the company's vision.

> Within two years, Ken's leadership resulted in US Relocation being #1 in its industry based on independent assessments of customer service and quality. Revenues grew at a compound rate of 25% and shareholder equity increased by over 500% in six years. Ken's leadership transformed this mature company into a dynamic, high performing organization that was then acquired by a strategic buyer.

> Ken has served in key executive positions including President of Transamerica Relocation Service, Senior Vice President PHH Home Equity and Vice President PHH Group. He served as Managing Partner with Market Venture Partners, where he was responsible for providing consulting services in the areas of business strategy, marketing and organizational development. Ken has also held consulting positions with Booz, Allen and Hamilton.

> Ken's expertise spans a wide range of areas including strategic planning and implementation, operating management, marketing and sales, service innovation, market expansion, niche development for competitive advantage, business process improvement, executive development and organizational change.

> Ken's primary areas of professional practice include:

- Planning and implementing organizational transformation to high performance including acquisition management

- Facilitating the creation of competitive advantage through strategic planning, market understanding, image positioning and niche development

- Developing team-based organizations

- Identifying, developing and coaching executives

> Ken holds a B.S. in Political Science from Utah State University and a Masters in Public Administration from the Maxwell School at the Syracuse University.
