> Kathy has more than thirty years of Human Resources strategy, management and operations experience. She has served as
senior executive and officer in start-up and mature public and private companies as well as non-profit organizations.
> Kathy served as Corporate Vice President, Organizational and Human Resources Development for E-M-Solutions, an international
electronic equipment manufacturer. Through the integration of acquisitions and development of an executive leadership team,
Kathy helped grow the Company grow to $440 million in revenue prior to its acquisition by Sanmina.
> Kathy's executive experience includes Mergent Systems, MKIRisk (formerly C*ATS Software), Applied Materials, Komag,
Transamerica, and Digital Equipment Corporation. She also served as Dean of Personnel for the nationally recognized El Camino
Community College District, and holds lifetime California Teaching and Chief Administrative Officer Credentials.
> Kathy's primary areas of professional practice include:
- Coaching and building high performance executive and management teams
- Executive recruitment, retention and succession planning
- Organizational design, assessment and integration
- Designing and developing effective Human Resource organizations
- Supporting client needs for performance management and leadership development
- Designing and leveraging cost efficient compensation and benefit programs
> Kathy has served on numerous organizational and non-profit boards including the San Jose Symphony, Bay Area Chapter
of the American Red Cross, Peninsula Children's Center-Zonita and the California Employment Law Council. She is a graduate
of Leadership California.
> Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master
of Public Administration, with a specialty in Organizational Development, from the University of Southern California.
